BurningGreymon is the Beast Spirit of Takuya, the Warrior of Flame. Takuya is the 'leader' of the team in season 4, Digimon Frontier. In Frontier, rather then having a Digimon partner like the previous seasons, the characters could turn into Digimon by utilizing the Spirits of the Legendary Warriors.
This picture is based off one of my favorite episodes in Digimon Frontier, Fear and Loathing in Los Arboles. This was a two part episode in which Takuya received his Beast Spirit for the first time. He couldn't control the spirit and when he turned into BurningGreymon, he started destroying everything around him, setting the forest on fire and trying to kill his friends.
